The Short-Wave Infrared (SWIR) camera features an InGaAs focal plane TEC cooling detector with 640×512 resolution, 15μm pixel pitch, and 0.9μm~1.7μm response wave. This advanced thermal imaging solution incorporates two-stage TEC deep cooling technology to effectively minimize readout noise.
